Absolutely I agree! Keep us updated 🤞 could your MA give you an update?Kerrylou2 said:Willowlou said:
Ah you should’ve heard something by now I would’ve thought. Unless it’s gone to valuation? As I presume yours is free then you may not know as you’ve not got to pay for it..Kerrylou2 said:Seems like everyone’s moving forwards, which is positive! Oh god tho - wrong address, that’s a pain! Hopefully that’s sorted soon!
I’ve still not heard anything - sent a revised declaration last Wednesday and heard nothing....
I did manage to find out about why my valuation was showing £0.00 on the illustration - as it’s a remortgage, the basic valuation is free! So that’s something!
would just like to know now though - whether I need to send more info or if it’s all OK! Not sure why I’ve not heard anything yet.
it’s painful not knowing! I worry so much so expecting for something to go wrong!
I thought I would have heard by now too! I do think maybe no news is good news as it seems they question something after a couple of days?Willowlou said:

I spoke to her earlier - no update, she said it’s still with an underwriter but she will chase if nothing mid week 😬Willowlou said:

I’m crossing everything for you. No news is definitely good news! Hopefully you will hear tomorrow 😊0

Thank u! I hope so as they have 2 days for underwriting - and been back with them since Wednesday! And they’ve been quick to request further info! Guessing they have to tell me about valuation to check I’m there to do it? But yes, hopefully I’ll hear tomorrow 🤞🏼🤞🏼😩😩0

Do you have a contract with the agency? Have you been doing it for long?Willowlou said:Lastchanceforahome said:Bluestone has queried the longevity of my employment as an agency nurse, so had to send more supporting docs to Simply, hope it will be ok
Been an agency nurse for 5.5years now, never struggled to get work, however relocated in Feb 2020 and had to change agency as the one I was with doesn't operate in my area.
I am now PAYE so no probs showing p60s etc but when I was with the other agency I was paid via several different umbrella companies so worried this might cause issue. Got a ref from previous agency saying I was with them for a while etc. Don't think my nerves can't take much more

Well you’ll never struggle for nursing work!! I’m a nurse and literally every area is booking agency at the minute! Never known it so short staffed, and it was crap before covid! I’m sure you’ll be fine, will cross fingers for you too 🤞when did you put your application in?Lastchanceforahome said:

Agree - you’ll always have nursing work! Plus I’m sure that as long as you were in continuous work in the same industry for 6 months, it’s ok. I’m sure it’ll be fine 🤞🏼0

I hope so, Simply said it wouldn't be an issue but then the questions and document requests roll in!0
-
The main thing is you have answered and sent in the documentation - so all should be fine. Fingers crossed they don’t need anything else 🤞🏼 Is that the underwriters that are requesting for it or the assessors? Mines been with uw since Wednesday 😩😩😬Lastchanceforahome said:I hope so, Simply said it wouldn't be an issue but then the questions and document requests roll in!0 -
Ours has been through Simply pre underwriting and BS initial checks now it is with the final underwriting apparently last stage before valuation. Good luck with yours it is so stressful, think made worse by BS being a bit of a last chance saloon for us all0
