My MA has just called, our application has now gone for valuation! I thought I’d be relieved when it got to this stage but nope 😂 still stressed!

I’m not sure, not had notification of a search but we use check my file which you update monthly. I’ll still stress over the weekend! I want to get excited but equally sooo nervous!! 

That’s understandable tho - the whole process is horrible! I’ve still not heard since Tuesday 😬 not sure if that’s a good thing or bad 😂

The valuation got done this morning..woop finally. So now waiting game again. He did he would send it back to Bluestone today.. So Im hoping Ill know abit more by the end of the week.

Does anyone else do that--get a lenient time frame in your head like I just said, hoping that by Friday Ill know more but really I want to know more TODAY!!! ha

Bluestone has queried the longevity of my employment as an agency nurse, so had to send more supporting docs to Simply, hope it will be ok

Absolutely! I need to know yesterday!! 

I’ve chased valuation today and found out that the wrong address was sent over so got to wait until that is rectified before valuation is booked 🤦🏼‍♀️ Seems to be one thing after another! 

I want to instruct solicitors but still too worried to do so, wondering if I should wait for offer first. Let us know how long it takes to hear back, I can’t rest at the minute 😬

Oh I am just the same regarding instructing the solicitors. I know the searches could take a long time but MA advised us not to instruct yet just in case the valuation/offer doesnt go to plan. As then we could lose money.

Seems like everyone’s moving forwards, which is positive! Oh god tho - wrong address, that’s a pain! Hopefully that’s sorted soon!

I’ve still not heard anything - sent a revised declaration last Wednesday and heard nothing....

I did manage to find out about why my valuation was showing £0.00 on the illustration - as it’s a remortgage, the basic valuation is free! So that’s something!

would just like to know now though - whether I need to send more info or if it’s all OK! Not sure why I’ve not heard anything yet.
