I’m not sure mines even gone to underwriting yet! What types of questions are they asking - are they genuine ones or being very picky?0

Our case is currently with an underwriter - am expecting questions but fingers crossed all goes ok 🤞🏼 Question re valuation - I’m applying for a remortgage - will they still do a valuation of the property? If so - are the fees included in the mortgage or do u need to pay the valuation fee upfront? Thanks 👍🏼0
