@MovingForwards we aren’t buying a new build we have a older property.
Apologies, I mixed your name up with someone else's comments! Check with your MA and solicitor, don't panic still stands.

@Kb21 send the emails now as your MA will probably be checking them, same with your solicitor. Then it's done and you can follow it up quicker next week, if needs be.

    you
  • I have read almost all pages on this thread and decided to join having read @Hopeful89 and @Kb21 journey.

I am in same journey with you guy and wish you best of luck soon, valuation done. Lots of soft search . Only one details asked about rental payment proof and nothing since then. These were asked 2 weeks ago and valuation done last week.

Once hard search is made, does this mean they've come to the finals. Has anyone received positive response just after hard search pls?

Hi @Fountains_27. I've not managed to read all the pages. Have you seen if anyone has been rejected after DIP and full application?
Wish you the best of luck on this Bluestone mortgage journey too ☺

We were due to complete today but due to our signatures being slightly different we have had to wait till Tuesday now!!! Could cry. Just make sure all your signatures are perfect and accurate 👍

Completed today but not without some last minute stress from Bluestone. Day before completion they decided my signature on my DD mandate didn't match my signature on my application 🙈 so had to sign a other form which was a nightmare to get the same as none of my signatures are ever the same.
They also queried why I has sick on my March payslip. Explained I had Covid, Bluestone still not happy and wanted my store manager to reply to an email confirming why I was off.

Finally a day later than planned Bluestone released the funds. Best advice I can give is submit bank statements and payslips at the start of every month. We submitted our mortgage application on the 4th December.

@pipsinbrum this would be interesting  to know.

Thank you and good luck to you too :)
I wouldn’t base any searches or anyone else’s timelines on anything. Hard search is good but it doesn’t mean you’re near the end (or it might do!) that’s what I’ve learnt from this experience. It’s great to come on here for support but don’t think because something has happened to someone else it’ll happen to you (both for good and bad experiences)
