Hi everyone
What additional docs have people had requested? We submitted full app on 22nd Jan (most documents a week before but one last one that day) then Brightstar (packager) emailed our MA on 12th Feb requested more documents. I’m hoping this is the last they’ve requested. My MA had not heard from Brightstar this Friday just gone.0 -

Yeah seems weird! Was it just that or any more? I can’t think of what else they need but I’m sure they’ll find somethingHopeful89 said:

Haha yeah probably. We had to get rent references from our previous property that we moved out of 24 months a go in 2 weeks. Luckily the lettings agent were quick to email back! And we couldn’t use the bills we had sent in because they were computer generated so have had to request postal copiesPalmerl8 said:

Has anyone gone through to offer with a missed rent payment?
I had one 1 late rent payment 18 months ago and they're saying the interest rate will go up even though I cleared it soon after and I was in hospital at the time. I'm so worried it will make it unaffordable 🤦♀️0 -
Our MA had to go through Brightstar. We were asked for statements for all accounts including savings for last 3 months to begin with but then only had to submit current accounts as they generated, employer details, details confirming credit card was nil and our sofa finance balance and then certified ID which we got done at the post office for £12.50 each.Hopeful89 said:Hi everyone

Hello everyone, new to this discussion. Everyone’s comments are filling me with confidence after many sleepless nights so far! We submitted a full application to Bluestone on 08/02/21 through our mortgage brokers, still awaiting update. Bluestone have came back once asking us to ask our solicitor to add themselves to LMS as they weren’t on Bluestones panel of solicitors. I have no history of bad credit, my partner has quite a rocky history but everything paid off and settled in August 2019. Is there anyone on here from Scotland?1
