We are at week 3 (yes been waiting 3 weeks after our Valuation done on 14th January).  Still waiting for an update, was hoping we get a mortgage offer today.
I read somewhere Bluestone can take  anything from 2-6 weeks before they instruct a mortgage offer 🙁

Hard search 4th of January nowhere near an offer yet.

This thread is really putting my mind at ease!
Can anyone say how long after a hard credit search they recieved their offer? 
Ours has just showed on Experian so hoping to at least get a valuation requested soon.

Argh so another set back, we asked our MA to chase up bluestone after they asked for more documents which we sent over Wednesday, turns out they can only talk to brightstar who have claimed they have sent the documents over to bluestone who have a 6 day SLA turnaround, so which means we probably won't hear a thing until next Wednesday now, which no doubt will ask for more documents. Honestly at our witts end now its ridiculous. We only have just over 7 weeks to get everything sorted for the old help to buy scheme 😩 never felt so stressed in all my life.

Would you loose anything if you left you MA now ? Had bad experience with Brightstar in past. If you can afford it go to Simply adverse! They do all the questions and documents and from application submitted to offer was only 3 weeks!

Interestingly I've never had a hard search conducted. We got our offer on Tuesday. Weve had soft searches completed that state ID check and mortgage quotation.

Spoke to simply today and they said I'd be best to see it through with my mortgage advisor but gave me some free advice. They told me to pressure the hell out of my advisor and to get her to phone the business development manager and ask what's the hold up, why has it not gone to valuation. Tried the above and been advised that my case will be looked at Monday or Tuesday so fingers crossed valuation is instructed. If they come back and ask for something silly like a work phone number then I'm scraping application and going through simply. Credit to simply they are helping me and I'm not even a customer.
