@Solarchaser as you've probably tinkered with your Lux more than me, do the ct's look like they're the correct way round on the Lux ports to you ?
I notice in the manual one has an RJ11 connector and one has an RJ45.
Just looking to rule that out too.

Wasn't the relative settings something to do with seeing solar at night? I recall setting it to 50% made a difference???
Is that one of the settings that's now missing from the web portal ?
I wonder if the ct extension is causing the readings to be out of whack somehow.
Maybe incorrectly spliced or just the shear length of the extension ??
Or like you say Starfrog, maybe just as simple as the clamp on the pv cable facing the wrong way.
At least we know you have 2 plugged into the Lux now.
I don’t think the length will be an issue mine is very long .. goes from garage up outside wall across loft then back down wall the other side of my house then through wall to CU

Solar Immersion installed May 2013, after two Solar Immersion lasting just over the guarantee period replaced with Solic 200... no problems since.

13 Feb 2020 LUX AC 3600 and 3 X Pylon Tech 3.5 kW batteries added...

I wonder if I just swap them round to test maybe that could be the issue ? whats the worst thing that could happen ???????

Wouldn't do any harm. Just keep an eye on the Lux display to see what's happening.

    That's mine.
I extended mine also but soldered them rather than crimped.
Reactive power was what my previous post should have said

Ah, yes I remember that setting now. Was that not the one folk were trying when they were seeing small amounts of import even though they still had power in the batteries ?
I've had that issue with mine under some firmware versions. The reactive power setting didn't work in my case but switching firmware did.

Sorry was interrupted by children earlier.
If you think the ct is wrong, unplug the mains one and see if you are still showing import or export.
You will probably find your batteries start to discharge because it seems to discharge until you are exporting and then back off, that way it's covering the load,  so if it sees nothing from mains it will keep ramping up discharge.

The ct clamp plugs can definitely be put in the wrong socket
