Something's definitely amiss with your install. There's no way it should be charging that much with grid charging disabled. Shouldn't charge anything from the grid, period.
Did you get round to checking your ct clamps ?

I could only find one clamp the one that is right beside the meter and it was pointing the right directon, im pretty sure its just settings that need to be played with but agreed I need to talk to my installers who to their credit come back when I have questions

That's certainly part of the issue then, there should be 2 clamps.
One on the pv cable and one on the grid cable.

I'll have a look later but would that be the same for an install with Microinverters IQ7 ? just checking in case their smart or something

You can also see from your graph that it's saying your pv is putting out 37watts at 1.28am.
Unless your panels can covert moonlight to leccy ?? 😁

There must be a cable running from the pv that goes to your consumer unit.
The other ct clamp should be around that with the arrow pointing to the CU.

well yes that was also something I mentioned to them but he called me and said it was about the tolerance of these clamps and as im completely new to this I thought well ive read about that they aren't 100% accurate. I think I contact them again. I guess its working ok im just not getting great stats for my system thats all ?

It definitely won't work ok if you only have one ct clamp and a pv system.

this is the only clamp I can see in beside my very dated consumer unit

CT clamps are certainly not 100% accurate but there's no way you should be seeing 37watts at night.
