if this was a how much power can you get from moonlight Id be totally winning but alas it isn't and you clearly have the right setup :( ill continue troubleshoot and send all these things to the installer and ask them to fix the settings I may need to wait until they have some one up here again.

this is the only clamp I can see in beside my very dated consumer unit

Can you take a shot of the connections coming out of your Lux inverter.
That should show how many ct cables you have.
Here's mine, I've highlighted the 2 black ct cables.

first one shows the connecters, second one is where they must of cut them and then had to rejoin them together for the two clamps and then the last one is where the cable and the two clamp cables run to which I'll open up tomorrow and see if theres a clamp in that box on the other side of the wall of that last picture is where my consumer box and main metre is which I posted the clamp picture previously. Im hoping that the maybe the other clamp is in that small box and its maybe just on wrong or something :) wish me luck

If that's your solar cu then that makes sense as you have the solar ct plugged in and you can see the small bore wire going into the cu.

Wasn't the relative settings something to do with seeing solar at night? I recall setting it to 50% made a difference???

I think maybe it is the solar box CU as one of the CT clamps goes into the top but the other one seems to go along the side to the bottom of that niglen CU and then its the one that appears on the other side of the wall for my main grid CU setup which would explain the CT clamp in there.  Not sure what you mean by the relative settings but keen to learn more about that and where I can find it

Is that one of the settings that's now missing from the web portal ?
I wonder if the ct extension is causing the readings to be out of whack somehow.
Maybe incorrectly spliced or just the shear length of the extension ??
Or like you say Starfrog, maybe just as simple as the clamp on the pv cable facing the wrong way.
At least we know you have 2 plugged into the Lux now.

agreed Scott, I will take a look at the box tomorrow and double check the joins of the ct clamps.

Is there any reason they couldn't have just put your Lux beside your main CU in the first place ?

Id ask them to fit all he batteries and inverter on to the garage wall which is just opposite the room you see the PV CU. My main grid CU is in my kitchen. The main reason is im having major renovation works done and think it will be easier to locate all the CU ion the garage wall in the future along with the main grid and CU for the house.
