That's odd how its not charging to 100% in that case ??
Mine are at 99% SOH. 
I checked my 3 Pylons separately and strangley, the 2 newer modules are at 99% SOH whereas the older second hand module is still at 100%. 🤔

I wonder if its firmware related then?

Its disappointing they still haven't got cycle count on when sofar could do it no bother

Could well be.
Have you tried updating from the app ?
Looks like there's a new firmware available for hybrids dated 20/11/2020.

Haha I see it now, its on the login screen, however my app auto logs in, so I can't click the button 😂😂

Yeah, you need to logout again by tapping the wee person icon thingy in the top right.
That takes you back to the login screen and you can hit the download firmware button.

80% charge rate took them to 99% so I will leave it at that.  Had a look at the firmware update, not for my inverter, I dont have a hybrid

My son does have a hybrid what are the new firmware changes if any?

Set up for Go today (the previous posts were about my sons system).. Just noticed in the T&C it says something like cannot switch between "smart tariffs" within 30 days.  I did read that you could switch at will but that had been changed to 30 days but the way I read this I cannot switch to Agile directly from Go or am I misreading this

Octopus Go is hedged according to the expected consumption profile of a Go customer - that is, we buy your energy in advance for every half hour, based on our experience of typical Go customers. So if a Go customer switches back and forth between other tariffs, and changes consumption patterns, our hedging no longer works. So, as with Agile, we need to reduce the speed at which people can switch back and forth between Go and other tariffs.

We’ve retained the ability to leave smart tariffs at any time - if they’re not for you we don’t want you locked into them. We’ve just added the 30 day restriction to prevent the “back and forth” which can undermine the way they’re designed to work."
