Have the battery fairies (friends of the tooth fairies) been during the night and given it a top-up?But it's still not using the battery power to supply the house???15 x JASolar 405w Panels installed 25/11/22, 5 SE, 5S, 5SW

Just had this reply from Lux:-There is battery open issue,1. check whether battery power cable have loose connection. disconnect and connect again.2. check whether any burn bark at battery input connector of inverter.3. measure real voltage reading both of battery side and inverter side and check whether voltage reading same.

Thanks for explaining, I still have a lot to learn.
My generation meter reads 4205kWh but the Lux says "total yielding" is 4029kWh. Is the 176kWh difference (~5%) likely to be the power used by the inverter over the 11 months since install?Barnsley, South Yorkshire

When you say the lux says "total yielding", you mean the solar generation as measured by the lux? if so its likely to be the ct clamp used to measure the solar compared to the generation meter, the ct clamp are not that accurate.6kwp solar (23x265w sharp) south facing, Solaredge 6kw inverter installed Dec 2016. 2xLux 3.6kw ACS paralleled with 10x Easyway UNIV5200's 5.2kWh- installed March 2025. 1xLux 3.6kw hybrid with 3.15kwp solar south/south-west with 5x Easyway UNIV5200's installed March 2025. does anyone have a guide to what each column is on the "History Data" page on website are?
2 of interest to alnat could be "pCharge" (5th column along), which I assume is the power going to the batteries and "Prec" (10th column along) which looks like power going into the inverter. There is approx 70w difference between the two readings.

My Lux is a hybrid, not sure if that would give different columns on History Data.
"Prec(W)" is a column I can see but it shows zeroBarnsley, South Yorkshire

Have a look for a period when your battery is charging, mine for example this morning charging from the grid pCharge was 3487w Prec was 3558.6kwp solar (23x265w sharp) south facing, Solaredge 6kw inverter installed Dec 2016. 2xLux 3.6kw ACS paralleled with 10x Easyway UNIV5200's 5.2kWh- installed March 2025. 1xLux 3.6kw hybrid with 3.15kwp solar south/south-west with 5x Easyway UNIV5200's installed March 2025. Aha, found it. Prec column only has figures when battery is charging from the grid, not solar, I'd missed it as I only charged for 30 minutes last night. My readings have between 207w and 219w difference.
Example: Prec 3588w, Charge 3378wBarnsley, South Yorkshire

So anyone know if Prec is the amount of power going into the lux?
If it is > 200w seems high.
Also awhile ago my lux exported up to 300w when charging at full wack either from grid or pv, again another loss. An email to lux and they've resolved that too, so hardly any export (<10w) to v small import <10w across all range of charge/discharge. Don't know if this is a cause of loss aswell alnat.6kwp solar (23x265w sharp) south facing, Solaredge 6kw inverter installed Dec 2016. 2xLux 3.6kw ACS paralleled with 10x Easyway UNIV5200's 5.2kWh- installed March 2025. 1xLux 3.6kw hybrid with 3.15kwp solar south/south-west with 5x Easyway UNIV5200's installed March 2025. Prec could be short for Pre Converter?
