    when the batteries were installed were they connected to the generic Infinity Innovations account?
    6kwp solar (23x265w sharp) south facing, Solaredge 6kw inverter installed Dec 2016. 2xLux 3.6kw ACS paralleled with 10x Easyway UNIV5200's 5.2kWh- installed March 2025. 1xLux 3.6kw hybrid with 3.15kwp solar south/south-west with 5x Easyway UNIV5200's installed March 2025. I-Pace 90kwh, MG ZS 44.5kwh, EO Mini Pro 2 home charger (solar charging enabled), E.on drive tariff.

    if so you will be able to see what software is installed on your batteries

    Anyone else seeing nothing app wise today?
    Both my inverters have the middle led flashing on dongle, I'm assuming server down??
    WiFi is OK, as myenergi has been reporting all day.

    took awhile to login just (20-30secs) reporting ok once in

    Was my router WiFi was the problem.
    Myenergi stuff was plugged into the ethernet port, so was working, while the lux runs off the wife so was down.
