I will scream if anyone else on this forum EVER asks whether a period of days, is somehow 'working days'.  That question is at the top of the annoying questions along with 'do I have a leg to stand on?'.

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I can't see why your car got a PCN.  It was in what looks like a bay!

  • Thats why it is confusing. My car  was within marked bay and I presume this is how they make money.

Have a short first point stating that no contravention occurred. The car is in a marked bay.

    This bit doesn't make sense.
Based on case similar case (UKPC v Masterson) where signs did not create an offer as parking was prohibited it wold not create valid contract between driver and Bridge Security (CCTV Ltd) .
You also need to check the whole appeal for spelling and grammar. (Would not wold. Over here a wold is part of a particular type of countryside.)

I understand what you are trying to say, it just needs tidying up a bit. However, the PoPLA assessor will stop at the first point where they find in your favour and not need to look at the rest. Hopefully they will not get any further than non PoFA compliant NTK or no NTK so it shouldn't actually matter if your last point is not so finely tuned.

  • I have reworded this last section an used quetes from that UKPC v Masterson case instead to make it clearer.
  • Thanks to everyone involved ;) I have submitted appeal to POPLA. Will keep you posted.
