Yes I read appeal procedure and worked out the dates. I'll be waiting for NTK. I just thought that there would be something mentioned on NTD in regards to keeper liability for some reason.
Just think about what the acronym NTK actually means , as opposed to the acronym NTD , this isn't rocket science

By appealing an NTD as a keeper who was handed the NTD by the driver , you are hoping it's rejected and the PPC fails POFA by either not posting an NTK by day 56 , or posting one that isn't POFA compliant in wording of timeframe or both, because it's unlikely they will accept the appeal anyway , there is no profit in acceptance

It's like playing poker , bluffing with a rubbish hand , hoping the opponent fails to cash in on their would be winning hand if they played properly

I understand what you're saying. I should've wrote what you mentioned just above in regards to NTK. I appealed on day 26 from NTD so I'm waiting. Will come back when will have some more news.

Excellent , then wait for the reply to this appeal and also wait to see if an NTK arrives , if it does , check it for POFA compliance , if it doesn't , Popla appeal before day 32 following the popla code generation but ideally after day 57 following the incident
  • I have received reply from them surprisingly rejected my appeal. Have POPLA code for that case but no NTK yet. Should I use this code for my POPLA appeal or there will be another code sent with NTK?

It's not a surprise to us , so as fruitcake says , follow the advice already given and popla appeal as late as possible , ideally on day 57 , no there won't be any more popla codes

Nine times out of ten these tickets are scams, so consider complaining to your MP., it can cause the scammer extra costs and work, and in some cases, cancellation.

Parliament is well aware of the MO of these private parking companies, many of whom are former clampers, and on 15th March 2019 a Bill was enacted to curb the excesses of these shysters. Codes of Practice are being drawn up, an independent appeals service will be set up, and access to the DVLA's date base more rigorously policed, persistent offenders denied access to the DVLA database and unable to operate.

Hopefully life will become impossible for the worst of these scammers, but until this is done you should still complain to your MP, citing the new legislation.

Just as the clampers were finally closed down, so hopefully will many of these Private Parking Companies.

You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

You only get one PoPLA code, so use it wisely.

Appeal as per the most excellent advice from Redx and others as near to the 32 day deadline, ideally after day 57 or as close to it as possible.

Mark those dates on your calendar so yo don't miss the PoPLA appeal deadline.

Create your draft PoPLA appeal using all the relevant points available to you from the third post of the NEWBIES. Post it here for checking before you submit it.
Thank you for replies, I'll start putting something together. Once ready I'll post it here.

    Hi guys,
A question about data breach. If company has accesed my details as a registered keeper and charge will not be applicable after POPLA appeal can I sue them for accesing my data without valid reason?
