You can get a copy from the the PPC if you send them a subjrct access request.   Nine times out of ten these tickets are scams, so consider complaining to your MP., it can cause the scammer extra costs and work, and in some cases, cancellation.

Parliament is well aware of the MO of these private parking companies, many of whom are former clampers, and on 15th March 2019 a Bill was enacted to curb the excesses of these shysters. Codes of Practice are being drawn up, an independent appeals service will be set up, and access to the DVLA's date base more rigorously policed, persistent offenders denied access to the DVLA database and unable to operate.

Hopefully life will become impossible for the worst of these scammers, but until this is done you should still complain to your MP, citing
Just as the clampers were finally closed down, so hopefully will many of these Private Parking Companies.

Follwing your advice I wrote to PM and i have received copy of my parking notice.
I havevonly few days untill 28 days runs out from tha issue date, si I'll appeal and wait for the popla code.

Do you mean you contacted the PPC, Bridge PAM? The PM (Prime Minister) won't be interested, although he should.

You need to appeal before the 28 days are up. You can't get a PoPLA code if you don't appeal to the scammers first.
You appeal around day 26 of a NTD being issued, or asap of a NTK being received.

Do not miss the appeal window.

Common acronyms and initials can be found in the fifth post of the NEWBIES. I suggest you print them out or write them out for reference.

As for the signs saying that parking is prohibited if the makings aren't clear, that would make the signage forbidding and incapable of forming a contract. There is no consideration (no offer to park).

Already printed page no 5 😁
Yes I contacted BridgePAM as a keeper of the vehicle. I appealed today to make sure I have PoPLA code.

I just taken pictures of "marked" bay. Impossible to know what sort of letter this is.

I just read my PCN and it does not look like it is PoFA compliant as there is no mention about keeper liability. It only mentions pament due in 28 days. Any thoughts on that?

PoFA compliance won't be expressed on a windscreen ticket (which is the Notice to Driver, not the keeper), it can only come via the Notice to Keeper between days 28 and 56 following the parking event.  Which is precisely why I advised you yesterday to pay special attention to the timing of your initial appeal. Have you read the NEWBIES FAQ sticky yet?  It's all explained in the first post of that thread.

  • Yes I read appeal procedure and worked out the dates. I'll be waiting for NTK. I just thought that there would be something mentioned on NTD in regards to keeper liability for some reason.

By getting your appeal timing right your hope is that you don't get a NtK, rather they deal directly with the appeal and provide you with a POPLA code. No NtK, no keeper liability! Easy win at POPLA.
