Bridgepam parking ticket

Not long ago driver received yellow invoice on windsheld for parking on private land (sinage wasnt easily visible when driving as lots of different signs and trees were around it). Driver was visitor for one of the tennants on the estate. no visitors bays available only in some specific areas where faded V letter is printed. There are two different types of bays used with white V letter or normal defined by kerb. Car was parked in bay that had no signage visible next to it but it was "marked" by kerb. Yet still notice was given.
I have attached picture of sign which is suspended at the level of 1st floor on the lampost and is really difficult to read for anyone who has problems with their neck.
Would you please advise what to do?
Thank you.

Just looking around on Google Street View - https://goo.gl/maps/5qYdREsPCgm4ZQLA9 - the area does seem very poorly signed.2

Please follow the guidance in the NEWBIES FAQ sticky, first post. If the registered keeper has not yet received a postal notification of the charge, pay special attention to the guidance on the timing of making the initial appeal. Simple first stage, with a ready written appeal template which should be used 'as is' (no additions or edits).Come back once you receive your POPLA code. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

What do you mean "if"? You have the PCN ref - it was on the NtD
Do yu have any pictures of where the vehicle was parked? As your description was really loose I wasnt sure if you were saying the driver reported the vehicle as being parked ina "V" space or not.1 -
If because I wasnt driving. I'm hoping that driver didint threw it away. I have pictures of the bay and V marked bays. Paint is impossible to see when you drive in wet conditions.0

You can get a copy from the the PPC if you send them a subjrct access request. Nine times out of ten these tickets are scams, so consider complaining to your MP., it can cause the scammer extra costs and work, and in some cases, cancellation.
Parliament is well aware of the MO of these private parking companies, many of whom are former clampers, and on 15th March 2019 a Bill was enacted to curb the excesses of these shysters. Codes of Practice are being drawn up, an independent appeals service will be set up, and access to the DVLA's date base more rigorously policed, persistent offenders denied access to the DVLA database and unable to operate.
Hopefully life will become impossible for the worst of these scammers, but until this is done you should still complain to your MP, citing the new legislation.

Just as the clampers were finally closed down, so hopefully will many of these Private Parking Companies.
