DD's are still going strong, thanks. At least, the last time I looked. Unless there is something particularly wrong with my eyesight, I've no reason to doubt this. Anyway, I won't be doing a 60-mile round trip by car to 'test eyesight'.Yorkshire_Pud said:
Hope you had two direct debits paid out in May as well or you won’t get your £2 never mind the £5 that clearly won’t be paid until July, the month after the new reward scheme starts which is June for most existing customers who opted in by the deadline.OceanSound said:

Anyway, I've paid in at least £1,500 and spent £500 on the debit card before 31st May.
Saying the offer period doesn't start until 01 June, someone could easily infer the pay in and spend doesn't need to happen until on or after that date, in which case he would only receive 11 payments (provided he sticks to the conditions and the offer runs only until the original end date and is not extended with another offer or otherwise).
Actually, the guide mentioned above says:The Offer lasts for a set period and starts from the date you select it.0

Well you can look forward to your £2 in June then same as me.OceanSound said:

If you mean that in May 2020, you met the conditions of the offer that was/is active in May 2020, you can expect to get £2 in June 2020.OceanSound said:

If you mean in May 2020, you met the conditions of the new offer that will be active from June 1 2020: this is immaterial. The first possible payment for the new offer will be July 2020, and it will be paid if you have met the conditions in June 2020.1

I can't see that anywhere. Even if it was somewhere, the latest Offer details in the e-letter I received says it starts on the date I select it, not 'starts from 01 June 2020'.Yorkshire_Pud said:

My letter from Halifax says my new reward starts from 1st June 2020 from which I surmised that the current offer ends on 31st May 2020.OceanSound said:

You are right about Halifax Saying the new offer 12month period starts on the date you select it. Bad drafting from Halifax. If that were the case I would be in the new scheme from April but I’ve continued to receive £2 a month not £5 I haven’t been charged a £3 account fee and haven’t funded more than £750 a month. That’s because I know the new scheme starts 1st June. You clearly don’t want to understand the real facts and are off on some obtuse ramble of your own devising so bye bye.1
