I called the Halifax a few days back and they were not able to confirm that I chose to keep as they don't have access to the systems were that info is stored.
The agent said I should be able to see that account type is different from 1/6 in Online Banking.
Seemed more an opinion (assumption) than something that he knew for sure.

I expect it will go active on 1st June (or July depending on when you opened your account). At the moment it only applies to Ultimate Reward Accounts.

Did they appear after the 7th April update of the App? It might be they added the options so everyone would have the update in time, but haven't enabled the back end until it goes live.

I can't find any posts with more details within the first 15 pages of this thread.

Maybe you mean the separate thread on the post above (again in this thread) which linked this Halifax offer to ways to fulfill it.

This thread was sadly deleted. As have been multiple threads and posts since.

Accessing the info on this deleted thread is a piece of cake though.

What I can see, under "More actions" - "Account information and benefits", are the current Reward benefits, as they apply to the end of this month. Online banking only, nothing in the latest version of the app (though I am using the BoS app, not the Halifax one).

I must say I never noticed this information before, but then I also didn't go look for it.
