Be very careful in what you write in your haste to fire this off. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Await instructions from POPLA - could be weeks/months away, depending how they decide to proceed forward beyond the current lockdown situation. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. Can't access what I wrote on Popla (I didn't think I had to plan it out given it was just an intention to appeal). It was a fairly short statement, I explained I wasn't in a position to submit a fair appeal to the standard that would be possible in the instances of normal life, due to the limitations from Covid-19 situation etc. I said I was placing this holding appeal as my intention to appeal (as it says on their website) and when life returned to normal I would submit my full appeal.0

So, not ideal, could be weeks/months etc. Buys me some time to work on getting rid of the other ones though?0

If you're going to appeal on the basis of no keeper liability because of PoFA failures and you haven't identified the driver in your holding letter, then no damage done. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. Who cares about POPLA? No-one said to rush this but honestly, who cares?
The way to get these cancelled is by complaining to the Managing Agents who contracted them. What happened when you did that when the PCNs arrived?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I sent a long aggressive email to the guy that owns the managing agent a few months ago, he never replied.
So, there is the land owner, the managing agent, and then there's also another company who does the concierge. I don't know who the land owner is. Don't really know how to approach it. I have seen people have had luck with managing agents cancelling them, but the guy just ignored me. I have also seen the posts about people turning it around on them and sending them an LBC which got them to cancel it, is this the route to go down if he keeps ignoring me? Are there any particular instances anyone can remember where they have successfully had the managing agents cancel without going down that route?0 -
I have seen people have had luck with managing agents cancelling them, but the guy just ignored me.Below perhaps the reason why? Assertive and polite, aggression shouldn't be part of the game plan.I sent a long aggressive email to the guy that owns the managing agent a few months agoI have also seen the posts about people turning it around on them and sending them an LBC which got them to cancel it, is this the route to go down if he keeps ignoring me?You can send a LBC (plenty of examples on the internet) - but exactly what is it you're going to claim for - and for what amount? But I don't think a claim for 'ignoring you' is going gain much traction with a Judge! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum.
