I agree about phone calls, yes or no would be fine, but I don't know is now becoming very unacceptable to me............even my solicitor is pulling her hair out about my onward purchase, further down the line have had the paperwork for 10 days but not filled it in yet.......... so their estate agents have been growled at, by me, at the end of the day if they want paying, they need to get their clients to pull their fingers out!.......................

I too would peg my washing out, but someone has packed the pegs!

Checking in briefly, as I am pushing through today. Finally got the oven and fridge cleaned that was left off from last week....but I am aiming to get 100% on all levels of kitchen today and consolidate on last week's efforts...... although DFF 1 has come for a cuddle and is now purring her face off.......so I will give her 5 minutes, then make a brew and tackle some more before school run starts again. ...

Goodi - now that you've had sensible advice from piggers I'll say what I really think   If your gut instinct is saying 'steer clear' then steer clear! What I think takes time to turn in to words  that are appropriate to divulge - I didn't think 'tell the !!!!!! to go forth and multiply'  was entirely appropriate but that was my gut reaction to your dilemma. 

I've washed, wiped and replaced the mirror on the bathroom windowsill, and all the lotions and potions have been wiped and replaced or f-lung  

WM is swishing with the clothes that were in DS's weekend bag - my last laundry shuffle had created space on the airer, so why not? I thought.

I've paid the rent and done a Mr C00p shop for pack up stuff for the week.

Round.. that would be my usual response.. I was assuming GI is a MUCH nicer person than I am, maybe wanted work or at the very least a good reputation in the field.. I don't deal with people for a reason!

Ebeast parcels packed up.. Boog wanting MY email for some reason, maybe the prospective employer is sending email replies.. we shall see.

Off to school and will do chemist for prescription collecting, opticians for appointment making and post office for parcel posting after that.. or I may delegate posting to OH in the morning, pick up the prescription on Friday when I am at nail shop and ring to make opticians appointments.


STILL not sorted the dryer!!! I am useless!!

Ha ha! Round and Pigpen you have both made me laugh!! 😂 They have not replied, so from that I assume they are either working at the hospital doing a long day on a Monday (I don't work Monday) or they are being stubborn, and I don't need that.

Round 3 was completed. I took 2 trugs to the lottie. The water is subsiding. I transplanted a few bulbs dug up from the raised beds into the flowerbeds, did some weeding and dumped the trug of compost onto some cardboard to extend a no-dig bed, so not too bad. DH has dismantled most of the remaining bed & filled another trug. But we have packed up now and had an early tea as we are running tonight with the club. Back at the paid stuff tomorrow. Where does the time go?!

Late check in from me.  Not much flying done today as have been at work all day and closed schools has made for lots of changes and uncertainty.  
Bed made, clothes picked up
kitchen tidy
dinner in the oven
But did get a piece of furniture cleared out on Sunday, mainly full of old cassettes and emotional tat from mother in law.  OH looked through it all, had some happy memories and decided it could all go in the bin with the cassettes etc?  Result was one empty storage unit and a few bits of jewellery rehomed to the bedroom.  It feels good to be able to get rid of stuff.  Pair of old shoes worn to go for a walk but were tatty and uncomfortable and not worn for years also found their way to the bin.  
Going to enjoy a cup of tea as not drunk enough today
Dentist, bank and being present at work although not teaching will occupy most of tomorrow but house should stay tidy

More stuff cleared off my desk.
Rosie wants her walk, and of course it is now raining.  But first I must post a wedding present to Germany and collect my prescription.

HHI .. I really need to do this!!!!!! I try not to iron, but I will do some neat folding before bedtime....
Bathroom has also had a really good set to this morning. DD4 pulled loads of dental floss out of its packet and hid it at the back of the bathroom cupboard. So I used the floss to get under the taps right next to the porcelain......it was yucky, but yet the sink is regularly S&S and limescale was chiselled off when I first moved in....so also flossed bath taps.....once I've finished with the WM, I will knock off the filters...
