Lebara 2GB Monthly SIM Only Plan £5

my wife and i both switched to the Lebara £5 a month Exclusive monthly plan unlimited calls and texts.

we wanted to tell M.S.E. that we are both having  trouble with Lebara getting charges that we shouldn't be getting.

i have been charged sending SMS messages with a very few words of text in them and have been told it was because i sent MMS messages that i have not sent.

My wife has been charged for local calls to a uk landline and a familly members mobile in the uk.
The call centre staff are difficult to understand IE english not their first language and do not want to listen to what you say.
they just kept accusing my wife of making premium rate calls and she only calls family, they even charged her for phoning a local landline number ( her fathers ) and tried to say it was a premium rate number.
We are considering moving on.

Did you have extra credit on your sim?

If you added an imoji to your SMS message it will be sent as an MMS, I read that somewhere, could explain what's happened.
