The Judge will start with the claimant and then talk to you and listen to your defence.
The Judge is in charge so don't interrupt whilst they speak. The same applies to the claimant
Wait until the claimant stops talking. If there is something you disagree with, you of course can ask the judge by saying something like "Sir, may I speak" Keep calm at all times because some of the reps the claimant sends can get a bit noisy ....
The above is usually the running order, except in your case you need to speak STRAIGHT AWAY (before the C gets their turn):
''May I address you about a concerning preliminary matter about the failure of the Claimant to file and serve their WS and evidence in time?''PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi guys,
I have just noticed their Directions Questions is under full name - [Removed by Forum Team] but the witness statement is under the name [Removed by Forum Team] and signed by [Removed by Forum Team]. Not sure if that is relevant to anything??
Just going over my notes now.

Makes no difference.
One of those two sent me some pretty awful emails this year and as a result, BW Legal were reported to the ICO. We'll see.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Wish me luck. Whatever the outcome I want to say a huge thank you to all of you that have helped make this whole process manageable and given me the confidence to get this far. Hopefully its tea and early bed for the scammers.3

The judge accepted there was a contract and the signs were clear an I had already paid for a ticket so was aware.
The judge said that I was not entitled to present a breach of contract on the IPC / BPA issue but that was between the parties of that contract.
PPS were entitled to enforce.
£90 was reasonable.
Its says everyday on the sign so he felt that justified the two charges for the 2 days.
He has not let them charge the additional charges of £100
But I have to pay their fees for today £140 so £180 + £140 = £320 in total and I have 30 days to pay or CCJ..
