I just tried calling, 3 hours on the phone and eventually i gave up. Ridiculous wait times.
Just sent a message, prefer to deal with this on the phone0 -
Psssst........a little bird tells me there's a kind of unusual situation going on right now. I am not sure whether bank employees are affected by it (bankers etc etc etc), but let's assume they are a little busier than normal with calls from people who don't only not know how to pay their mortgage and bills, but also have no money to buy any food.xlnc99 said:I just tried calling, 3 hours on the phone and eventually i gave up. If it takes me 3 hours (and still not getting through) how do you think the people with no food and bills to pay will be able to talk to Barclays?
Completely understand a longer wait time but 3 hours and still nothing, that is just not on. Funny how every other bank i called and have accounts with answer within around 30-45 minutes. Barclays do not even answer.0 -
Suggest you write a letter and give them three months to respondxlnc99 said:If it takes me 3 hours (and still not getting through) how do you think the people with no food and bills to pay will be able to talk to Barclays?
