Starling Bank - Mobile Cheque Deposits

Just checked in my app. Went in to 'cheque deposit' in the 'add money' section as was initially met with a "You will soon be able to... " message, however while I was reading it (to see if any new indication of when), a whirring circle icon came up and then the screen changed to now show the facility available.  This might have been the phased roll out in action, i.e. it checked if I was on 'the list' and then said "okay you can see it now"

Its also there for me now, despite the message under 'Cheque Deposit' only mentioning postal method

it's there for me too, wouldn't be surprised if it is now open to all

I opened a Starling account on Monday 30th, paid in a cheque on Tuesday and it updated my account balance on Thursday. Didn't realise this was a new service - I'd assumed it had been there all along.

I've just deposited my first cheque today using the app but still waiting for it to clear. It was a PPI refund.

The above cheque I deposited using the app cleared on the Thursday afternoon exactly 2 days after deposit.
