Good afternoon folks, I have finally had my day at court after 4 years and we all won!!! Judge decided that he could not trust the evidence provided by VCS and that Defendant's evidence was more believable. Judge also refused to grant right to appeal, so I guess that was that. The case boiled down to me showing that signage, VCS claimed was there, actually wasn't. Based on the poor evidence and VCS witness not accompanying the solicitor to the court hearing judge decided that there claim have not provided sufficient evidence - or something along these lines. I am happy to provide the judgment/order once I receive it and also any other documents I made.

Many thanks to all heavy-hitters on this forum who helped make my defence and who keep helping others as they come. Without their help I would not have been able to 'slay the dragon'! Special thanks go to @Coupon-mad!

Looks similar snd she's been through the mill, fought off bailiffs when pregnant and she was unfairly forced to pay a few grand in 2022, that was then later ordered refunded by a Judge.

She's now on the home straight at WS stage.

And well done again re your case...

And please come back (first) in August to join us in changing the law.  This isn't a petition or similar 'pie in the sky' stuff.

It is nearly there.  I am heavily involved. The law is ready to go in 2024 to stop the greediest excesses in parking charges and fake 'fees'.

Read and bookmark the sticky thread by MSE_JC and you'll see fro the 2022 replies what I mean.  Some PPCs (with more money than consumer fairness genes) legally blocked the new statutory Code of Practice in 2022.

...and we can now finally push it over the line in August when the DLUHC publish the final Public Consultation.

It was advised to me to add the point airport byelaws are not 'obsolete'. Can someone please advice how I can professionally word it in my WS? Also can I add this point under 'Lack of landowner authority evidence and lack of ADR' ?
