Yes but no-one uses A, B, and C now.  Just one attachment goes with the template defence and that's where newbies need to look.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks @Coupon-mad. Will check it up.
  • Folks, how do I find out if my hearing will be in person or remotely? I send an email enquiry to the court - no joy. I tried looking the website - no joy. Any other way to find out please?

Have you had a notice of allocation and/or a court order giving a date?
  • Yes, allocated to Maidstone Court but that was before the pandemic changed the way hearing are conducted.

On the back of that letter did it give any instructions for submitting witness statement and evidence and telling you whether it was a F2F or Video or BT Meetme hearing?  There is a way of finding out which courts are doing F2F, maybe ask Auntie Google.
  • Nothing on any of it in the court letter, tried Auntie Google but found only generic articles - no a specific courts mentioned.

Did they give a date by which WS etc had to be submitted and in what medium?  Did you look on both sides of the court letter?
