TNA.Music said:@Jenni_D, thanks for prompt answer. How do I then provide previously suggested "updates" by @Coupon-mad and others? Is there some kind of addendum to the WS?2

The court would also have to grant permission

You may be right - I guess it depends on whether the revised hearing date opens up a new "window" for filing/serving a SWS (which can usually be filed/served 7 days before the hearing - even though the formal date for the WS is 14 days before the hearing, or a specific date as directed).Jenni x2

But one way round it is to file & serve a skeleton argument a week before the eventual hearing. No deadline on that!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

@Coupon-mad thanks as ever. Is there an example of skeleton argument that I could use as a template? Or set of guidelines how to make one?0
-
You could search the forum for skeleton argument but since the argument will be your circumstances, your defence and your WS, it is impossible to concoct a template. Any that you find by searching should give you examples of style and format but not content. If I remember, there was one posted yesterday.1

If not, a forum search will find some.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Good morning folks, just a quick update. My hearing has now been scheduled for 22 June 2023. This time it is scheduled to be face to face. Will keep an eye on new forum developments and update the thread if anything changes on my side. Thank you all for your help and support so far.4
