I just wanted an opinion, worthless though it may be,
Who knows what a judge might say. That is my opinion , which I believe is not without a modicum of worth. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -

Please tell us the issue date, and follow the newbies thread on how and when to acknowledge service. With a Claim Issue Date of 13th January, you have until Monday 1st February to file an Acknowledgment of Service. If possible, do not file an AoS before 4pm today, but otherwise, there is nothing to be gained by delaying it.To file an AoS, follow the guidance in the Dropbox file linked from the second post in the NEWBIES thread.Having filed an AoS in a timely manner, you have until 4pm on Monday 15th February 2021 to file your Defence. That's four weeks away. Plenty of time to produce a Defence, but please don't leave it to the last minute. To create a Defence, and then file a Defence by email, look again at the second post on the NEWBIES thread - immediately following where you found the Acknowledgment of Service instructions.Don't miss the deadline for filing an Acknowledgment of Service, nor that for filing a Defence.4 -
Just looking at filling in the response form online and it says I should have a defence pack password in the response pack that they sent.
I can't find it anywhere, thought I'd check here before using their 'help'
There's not even a box on the form where it might be.
Any ideas?0 -

You cannot skim
This is an exact process and requires you to also be exact.4 -
Indeed, 100% accuracy is a sine qua non.You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0

They didn't let me have a copy of the PDT machine, saying:"The information you have requested is not applicable to your SAR as your ticket had expired, no personal data or information of your vehicle had been recorded via the machine."
Following me repeating my request:
"The ticket machine does not belong to Premier Parking logistics."
I've asked again but they've not replied since.0 -
The machine records are not something they have to disclose by SAR (so technically they are right if the machine log data doesn't include your VRM) but if they reckon the machine doesn't belong to the claimant, what evidence do they have that no payment of a tariff was made? These points need to be made as part of the paragraph of facts you add to #3 of the TEMPLATE DEFENCE.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
