I thought that your case was due soon.  Good news that they have backed off.  :)

Personally I would draw a line under it and next time I went to the Hippodrome I would go on the train and not have the hassle of parking in Brum  There is the congestion charge now as well.

If you get the chance go and see the Red Shoes. It's brilliant. :)
Haha, good idea, and if not, I'll carefully check my ticket in future.  Just checked Red Shoes out, looks good, love Mathew Bourne's work. Thanks!

Nice result at last! But don’t miss out on something very important to change this in future.

Please come back in August every week to check if the new and final Government Consultation is open as we need people like you to be heard and drown out the copy and paste consultation responses the industry will blanket bomb the process with, as they did in 2020.
We are nearly there with some decent regulation and level of parking charge, which we’ve almost achieved:
One more consultation coming very soon.

Hopefully their claim will be discontinued as the circumstances were very similar to your own.

It is entirely probable that there'll be a new thread started, with the subject heading in CAPITAL LETTERS! ;) 🤣
