Thanks
You need to have another look at that list you were following earlier - when you filed your Defence.
You probably stopped reading it at item 6...6. After filing your Defence, there is more to do.The answer to your question is there to be seen - in items 7 - 12 on that list.4 -

If you refer to the instructions in the NEWBIE sticky and in the standard defence template thread, it states to send it to the same e-mail address to which you sent your defence. If, however, this is not a straightforward defence (but a set-aside for example) it goes by e-mail to the court that sent it to you. Send to the claimant by the same means they have been using to communicate with you, hopefully by e-mail.4

Hi all.
I've just received details of my hearing date.
It's going to be a telephone hearing using BT Meet Me, scheduled for 30mins. Annoyingly they've set a date that I that I told them I was unavailable on.
I guess I just have to point their error out and await another date?1 -
There has been a couple of discontinuences from this company recently. WorcesterMum was discontinued and another very recent one. Fingers crossed

You need to contact the court urgently and point out that they have made a mistake. If you do this by 'phone, make sure you get the name of the person you speak to, and back up the conversation with an email.Jimsnap said:Hi all.

You need to be proactive and not let this drift.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

A 30 minute hearing is not the final hearing, as we keep saying on all the threads with Directions Hearings like this. Waste of your time but you have no option.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Me too, never thought I'd still be dealing with this 18 months later.1
