I opened the Christmas regular saver last year and still not got online access. Been a mixture of unable to make contact over the phone, and when I did I found there is an issue with my profile and their IT team are looking into it.0 -

So by the looks of things anyone who has a Monmouthshire BS account now should be able to get it.
EDIT: to get this on moneyfacts go to the normal regular saver page then click "Full Search" and selsct "Yes" to "Show existing customer accounts".

I wonder if MonBS will allow a holding in both the 7% and 8% accounts?6

Is this a MoneyFacts ‘feature’ or am I doing something wrong?
If I do a search for the best Regular Savers I see the Monmouthshire 7% (and others) but not the 8%
If I change the search settings to include full search and existing member accounts I see the Monmouthshire 8% but not the 7% anymore.
Thanks to the guidance from others here I have ended up seeing both. But seems a disjointed.

Also whilst we're on the subject of moneyfacts's regular saver listings you sometimes have to change the investment amounts to see different regular savers. E.g. the Leeds BS Regular Saver Issue 43 will not show on moneyfacts if you set the investment amount to less than £100 and the Saffron Small Saver will not show if you set the investment amount to over £50 due to their initial and monthly deposit limits.2 -
These new reg savers don't appear to be shown on the Monmouthshire web site.
