Anyone else got a message from Tipton app saying 'To proceed with your application we need to confirm your identity and address'? Frustrating to say the least - was hoping to get a June deposit in
Have new customers who had this message had to call Tipton or found a way to avoid doing so?
No joy so far, I guess I'll have to call if I can be bothered for 5.50%

Will funds sent to Coventry FHS arrive (be credited?) today, or Monday?

    Today

    Tipton

I'm a former customer who once had their app.

Even I get the telephone message.

Luckily I've still got one of these

Fortunately I have some on hand too - but no recently certified ID. I might ask them to rerun the electronic ID check

Doesn't really answer your question, but you don't say what device you're using..?

Try scroll down to bottom of page. Can you see a line of numbers in boxes? click on '1'.

Soulsaver's link will help you this time, however, unless you bookmark it, and assuming you are trying to do this on your mobile phone in portrait mode, I have found that switching to landscape view allows the page 1 tab to appear.

For some reason, in portrait mode, it's missing 🤷‍♂️

In the mobile app it is missing too. I usually find the thread showing in the savings and investments list, and then click onto special saver 2s profile, then click on their latest reply, then the link in their auto signature

Opened Beehive on Thursday and put the £250 in. Like the fact that the dashboard has reset in the App today (new month) saying I can fund again now. Another £250 going in on Monday……not sure I want to risk a weekend.
I did it this morning (bank transfer)  no problem.  All updated.

I thought Bath, Monmouthshire, Furness and Mansfield calculated interest from the next working day if the funds were received outside of normal business hours. I can't find the relevant information for the H&R and SRBS though.

    Bath:

    Monmouthshire:

    Furness BS:

When you’re in this post, you can edit the website that’s in the address bar to take you to a specific page - https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6106986/regular-savings-accounts-the-best-currently-available-list#latest.

    Replace #latest with /1 (I.e https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6106986/regular-savings-accounts-the-best-currently-available-list/1) and that’ll take you to page 1.
