I sent off our applications for Melton BS Jubilee Regular Saver early last week but I had a phone call today from Melton. They said that I had passed security for the address part of my application but they needed my ID as being certified eg passport or driving lisense, actual physical items or certified copies
I said I would have to ring them back but it does not seem to be worth the effort.
    Anyone else had the same?

    Melton ID
They accept original HMRC documents such as tax code statement for this tax year. Always a cheaper alternative to certified ID.
They also accept DWP original documents,
I only ever send the front page with name and NI number.
