That's because you are only meant to access it through the Virgin Money Home Buying Coach app.

Just done that to, and it takes me there. But why not on their site when I look?

 PS: I didn't use the app, did it all on a Mac.

I had to go through Home Coach App which takes you to Virgin Money website where when you log in the savings account is there. But is not showing when you log into Virgin Money website direct
