    Is it really the case that you can't see anything personal online with Tipton, only via the app? I'm of the age where I would prefer everything banking on the the bigger MacBook screen and it's a nuisance having to do the security code thing every time I want to access Tipton - then I remove it as I don't want to be doing it every time I use the phone. 
    I'm getting Application Error and bits of the Tipton home page but then it disappears. That's on an Android phone. My iPhone, my main one, is showing 'Cannot connect to App Store'.
    OK if I scream?

    Must have been a blip. All of a sudden there isn't an application error! But in any case it's a problem - on the website they rave about themselves but how many of their customers don't have a suitable phone or have an aversion to app based stuff?

    Yes, no online access via PC / Mac. 

    I have my app set up to FaceID so no need to put in any code.  If you had online access you'd have the same issues, usually customer ID then bits of password and then maybe an OTC sent to your phone.  Seems to be more hassle than using FaceID. 
    If your phone can't connect to App Store then that sounds like nothing to do with Tipton.
    Tipton has been so easy to use and so easy to speak to really friendly customer service agents.  I'm hoping / wishing for another app based regular savings account. :)

    I have looked at the Swansea BS website and I cannot see the Regular Saver on there yet but I will be happy to add it to the first page of this thread when it appears. 

    Postal letter sent out to existing customers.

     It should be on there from Tuesday I guess when they get back in after new year.
  • Tipton RS Feb22 version allows maximum £8000 deposits ie £500 x 16 including one on 1st Feb 2022. Lets hope they issue a new Regular saver in 2022 with at least the old 1.35% rate.

    Do we expect our money from Tipton today if we had requested full payment to nominated account? Full balance still showing.

    The account has now disappeared off the app, so should be with us soon.

    I noticed mine disappear from view this morning, so expect to hear the kerching from my current account soon, when the funds land.

    At least I hope too, but who knows nowadays lol
