    As luck would have it, I have discovered I haven't recycled the envelope from the maturity instructions I haven't sent, so problem solved!

    I can log in and see all my accounts on the landing page. As soon as I click on Details or Transfer, I get thrown back to the login page. Is this a regular weekend feature or a fault?

    It's a fault!  The Monmouthshire system is working correctly for me this afternoon.

    I have just tried it again. Still not working for my Easy Saver that I opened over 3 weeks ago. All works ok on older accounts. It seems they haven't fully activated the account even though they messaged me to say it's all done. Such a palaver.

    Anyone hear anything more about the account? I'm guessing its delayed for some reason, I expected to to launch a week or so after the Loyalty account appeared.

    Has anyone who opened the new Monmouthshire regular saver at the back end of August had the paperwork back that needs signing and returning yet? Apparently it has been sent out to me but if so it has not arrived or at least not yet.
    I have the old issue 4 regular saver maturing this week. The maturity instructions were delayed getting to me so I left a secure message but they replied that I just had to fill in the form and return it. This I did.
    The form I filled in and sent back with a hand written note at the bottom to say that I wanted to fund the shiny new regular saver with £300 from the maturing saver. I have rung them just now and they have received the form back with the note.
    But they cant fund the shiny new regular saver with money from the maturing saver as I have not sent back the signed forms - because I have not received them yet. 
    The girl asked me to ring again tomorrow - I think she is hoping that the shiny new saver forms will have arrived and that they will be signed and arrive back to them before the old one matures ...

  • ha love that shiny new saver forms. Sorry I can’t help you I received the letter informing me my account was now open on Friday with two paying in books - one for the maturing saver with all payments added and one for the new member exclusive saver  which I have paid into my maturing letter was sent from them on the 13th August and my thank you for opening the member exclusive letter 27th August. I find their replies online don’t always answer my question

    The problem with my Monmouthshire account persists. They promised yesterday that it would all be working today but this is not so. Their CS is difficult and dead slow to deal with. I'll grant them another 24 hours and then it will be a formal complaint.
