            Well needless to say no forms for the shiny new reg saver came in the post today and eventually when I got through to Monmouthshire BS they said it had been sent out on the 30th - they could have said that yesterday when I rang. Replacements are going out tonight 1st class apparently but even if they do arrive on Wednesday morning it will take until Thursday or even Friday morning until they arrive back with them. The old regular saver matures on the 8th but it cant fund the shiny new one until the forms get back ..
Such a palaver ...

            Myself and OH have had no problems with Monmouth BS Maturing RS4 and new Existing Members RS1. Yes, their systems are onerous which results in some delays and I sympathise with those affected.

            Coventry
My RS 3 came to its end yesterday. At 00.15 this morning the proceeds plus the interest credited on 7/9/21 was in an easy access account. I was able to withdraw to my nominated account but only on the 9th, the date was pre-populated and I couldn't change it. As had happened with RS 2 which came to its end a few days ago. A small price to pay I felt for the quick access.
Monmouth - well, what can you say?1 - 
            My Monmouthshire loyalty saver is still showing as pending... a week after sending in the signature form. I sent them a secure message yesterday morning but haven't heard back yet, will wait until tomorrow now.My Coventry RS3 matures on 09 September so I'm hoping for a smooth handover!0

3rd time lucky. It still didn't work this morning, so I rang again and asked to raise a complaint, which they were happy to do. But they also magically managed to find someone who could actually fix whatever the issue was - apparently their system couldn't handle my account number as it has an alpha character. I decided not to proceed with the complaint as the issue is now resolved, and as they apologised profusely.Daliah said:

I can log in and see all my accounts on the landing page. As soon as I click on Details or Transfer, I get thrown back to the login page. Is this a regular weekend feature or a fault?0 - 
            My Monmouthshire 1.50% reg matured this morning and the funds are showing as transferred to my current account. Does anyone know how long it takes to reach my current account? My previous Monmouthshire maturity transfer was sent as a faster payment. Thanks.0
