Interest was added yesterday and funds sent to my current account today. Assuming its FP, hopefully it should reach my current account today.

My previous maturity was received the same day.

My husband’s Coventry Bs Regular Saver matured last Sunday and the mature funds which we requested to be sent to his nominated account arrived on Monday

Heard back from MBS - I had input an incorrect account number so, all my own fault!  I've corrected it now.

Wife and I received our Monmouthshire passbooks yesterday. Added both accounts onto online banking and both showed as pending with zero balance.

Sent 2 x £300 FPs yesterday evening.

Just checked both accounts and both are still pending with zero balance.

Money not returned so I assume they have not been processed yet.

Will wait until Monday before contacting them.

Check this afternoon, I sent mine FP on Tuesday and wasn't showing yesterday morning but was cleared at back of 4 yesterday afternoon. Things just take a while to show up as think they must clear them manually but has been credited to account with Tuesdays date. 

Think key with Monmouthshire is patience, they get there in the end so we shouldn't complain as beat most other institutions rates so can live with their idiosyncrasies!!

Re the new Monmouthshire account after sending the signature back - how do you know when to fund the account? Do they send another letter/passbook, or do you have to just keep checking their online banking?

Theoretically you need to wait until they have processed the signature form, however, when I hadn't received anything from them I rang to ask if ok to fund and they confirmed it'd been processed and the passbook was in the post.  Had I not phoned, I would only have had to wait another day, as the passbook arrived the next day.

You will get a passbook and letter saying you can now fund it however I just gave it a reasonable time for signature form to arrive and be processed and then sent the first deposit, my passbook just arrived today 2 days after I sent it deposit and day after it was visible online.
