How do you get emailed the form - as it would save them on postage?! Why on earth they cannot allow people to apply on line - if tiny Tipton can cope surely huge YBS can?

I got "the requested "URL was rejected due to a WAF violation. Please contact YBS Service Desk or Network Services Data".
Tried 2 different search engines“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -

Before I closed these accounts, I opened Internet saver plus issue 7 in September 2020.
At the top of their information sheet just below the large 3.50% figure they say:-
To qualify for the Loyalty Regular Saver you must have had a continuous member relationship with YBS or Chelsea Building Society on or before the 1st January 2020.
However a little lower down in the information sheet in the section titled How do I open and manage my account it says:-
You must have an active, open account (Savings or Mortgage) with YBS or CBS that has been OPENED on or before the 1st January 2020.
These two requirements are not the same thing, so I can see why some people might get refused an account.1 -

not sure if you're aware of it, Yorkshire BS shortly offering a new RegSav for 'loyalty' (since December? 2019) members, paying 3.5%.0

If its supposed to be a loyalty account it should reward loyalty?
And requirement 1 avoids the issue over what is an 'active account' - must you have paid funds in recently (what if it was a 2 year fixed rate bond which was still open but didn't permit top ups during the term).0 -

I am also very confused as to weather my OH is eligible now. He had a regular saver 2 opened September 2019 which matured September 2020. Then he had a reg saver 3 opened February 2020 which matured this month and it transformed into a matured account - still has a few £ left. Does he qualify or not???
