    Progressive
When you establish a nominated account do they ask for some sort of verification - like a recent bank statement?
    TIA
I had to send the top part of my recent bank statement. I downloaded the statement on my iPhone, edited it, and, via the Progressive app, sent the top part with acc. no., name and address to them. No transaction details required. It was confirmed promptly by Progressive.

I didn't have to do any of that - a Progressive agent phoned me (in response to my contacting them), asked for my details and then set up the linked account. This was in the early days when they didn't have many sort codes on their systems.
I also, like you, had a call from a Progressive customer service agent who tried to help. I gave her my account details but she then came back to say that the account could not be verified and I’d have to send the top of a statement.
But as I said before, the matter was then resolve swiftly. Good customer service.
That explains it!  Thanks - and yes, despite the problems the customer service was excellent.

How do you access these please?

Nothing obvious for me (in the app) and I received the options by post.
    TIPTON:

Where I now have a “thank you” message it originally said about maturity options if that’s any help?

    That's strange - nothing here.

Which app version are you please?

    I'm 3.1.41
I'm on V 3.1.6, if that helps, and the maturity bit was in bold under the 'interest rate' for that account showing on the home page.
I have v3.1.41 and was offered the maturity options in the app.

@simonsmithsays Did you apply for the account via the app in the first place?

Tipton also had a branch/postal version.

About what time of the year do Forms P800 indicating not enough tax has been paid start to be received. Based on previous years obviously.
I've only ever received one and that was for an overpayment after I had submitted my return on April 7th and paid off the underpayment. That was dated November 22nd.

I've had one in February before, but also had one in November, so seems a bit random.

It's good info but I'm afraid @OneUser1 beat you to it 2 months ago.
Now that the vanguard has had some time to battle through the application process... Do you think it's worth it?  I have an Ulster current account, so wondering if using that as the linked account would speed things up - not having all the bank sort codes added seems to be one of the stumbling blocks.

I used Ulster as my nominated account and it was accepted instantly.
