Just received this email  from YBS
On 11 March it was announced that the Bank of England base rate had been reduced from 0.75% to 0.25%, which means that we’ll be reducing the interest rates on our variable** savings accounts by up to 0.50% on 5 April. This will affect your:

    • Monthly Regular Saver Issue 3
    • Monthly Regular Saver Issue 2
I have deleted my other accounts in email

You don’t need to do anything as a result of the changes we’re making. However we’ll be lifting any withdrawal restrictions on affected accounts until 5 May so if you’d like to, you can move your money into a different account that suits your needs better, subject to the product terms and conditions. While restrictions are lifted you also have the option to close your account without notice or loss of interest.

Yes sorry!  I did not want to click on your link as I am ultra cautious but there was a link in their email which brought up same PDF.  It was the title of the PDF which mislead me.
