ColdIron said:I had this problem a few days ago as I made my last payment 01/03/2024Don't close the RSThe way to solve it is to use the 'renew' option on the regular saver, I suggest you choose the Everyday accountThen open a new RS, it will have a new account number so you can pay into itWhen I did this I ended up with 2 Everyday savers, one from the renew action and another that just magically appeared. You can then close these leaving your Instant Saver account0

YBS Xmas Saver - maximum monthly deposit?
YBS have emailed meIt's clearly YBS's famed IT having a woopsy (2023) but am I correct that this year's Xmas RS has a max of £150/mth? Can't find my copy of the KPI.Hi Mr XXXXXXXXX,
