My OH's unactioned application is a month old tomorrow!
They are 'looking into it'... again!
With the possibility her 1st had 'evaporated', she made a 2nd application. It is also unactioned after c.2 weeks - Both applications were acknowledged by email.

That's ridiculous. Hope she gets it sorted. Also hope mine appears of its own accord without having to hassle them. Preferably before I am 60.0 -

I might send them a polite internal message today asking about it, as if its not opened and in my online banking tomorrow at some point then I doubt it will be before the 1st.0
