I don't think they will - unless we see a drop in base rates. They'll let them run to maturity.JamesRobinson48 said:
The T&Cs make clear that you cannot hold both Issue 2 and Issue 3.
Will be interesting to see if and when Nationwide will reduce the rate on existing Issue 2 accounts.0 -
I've got four regular savers maturing the first week of March:
Saffron Walden 5.25%
Lloyds Monthly 5.25%
Bank of Scotland 5.50%
Club Lloyds 6.25%
I feel that we're at something of a critical juncture so it will be interesting to see which way they jump, especially the Club Lloyds.

Renewed and reopened my Club Monthly yesterday. Was due to mature 6th March but didn't want to wait in case Lloyds launch a new issue with a lower rate.schiff said:I've got four regular savers maturing the first week of March:

May is also my first, then at least one a month until January excluding July. That’s assuming that Skipton actually matures on 31st May as stated in the app (I opened it on 1 June, and as I didn’t have Issue 1, I’m not sure how it works with them.) Might as well call March Nationwide Start To Save Issue 2 maturity, after the final draw this month (though I think you could actually withdraw this month without losing anything.)
I hope to get to one a month going forward, and not the end of one month beginning of the next setup I have at the moment. Not great for redistributing funds that way. If I stick to one a month + open ended products, things feel like they’ll be simpler.

Considered doing that myself but unsure if it is worth the risk with Lloyds not permitting this per the ts and cs (though the IT allows it). I've got to wait slightly longer than 6th March.Speculator said:

That's interesting, as the product info says: "If you close the account early, you won't be able to open another one before the first anniversary of opening the first account."Speculator said:

There are a number of stipulations which are listed but aren't fully enforced. Another is the 'deposit by the 25th of each month' one. I'm pretty sure the £25 minimum deposit implied also isn't required.DJDools said:
