Unfortunately Google Street View isn't going to help. It shows the sign there is a Euro Car Parks sign, but it looks like the image is very old - 2011.

Maybe go to the council offices and inspect the map in the Off Street Parking Places Order that Castle mentions.1 -

2) Photos of their signs.1 -

You await court papers from the CCBC in Northampton and defend yourself in Court
The claimant has 6 years to issue a court claim
Collect your evidence by contacting the council about this car park and Chech that your vehicle was in the council section , or that it wasn't, get the council to clarify the areas their signs cover
Complain to trading standards about being ticketed by a private company on council land2
