😄. DPD doesn't provide any practical help, he just drops pebbles in the water hoping tsunamis result.  If you're keen on putting in months of research and work, paying at least £25 to issue a case for harassment where the bar is set at Olympic pole vault level, then go ahead.  The maximum you would get would be £300. Lose your case and you could end up paying APCOA's costs.

PS - other lost causes are available! 😊

DPD doesn't provide any practical help,

Is not helping people help themselves practical help?.

Almost every subject under the sun is covered/explained on the internet   If people are too lazy or incapable of finding it,  then, AFAIAC they must accept the consequences.  I am no the British Consul,  I no longer get people out of prison.

But there are no consequences here, the charge has been dropped.

Have any of the signpostings resulted in noteworthy outcomes?  I recall you previously encouraging hundreds of posters to join a VAT crusade against PPCs by reporting them to HMRC. Did anything come of that out of interest?

I know that, but sometimes I like to think outside the bpx.

What did your MP and the PM say when you complained to them about this unregulated scam?

It's only practical if posters are capable of picking up the baton and running with it. It is only practical if there is a likely successful outcome. Almost all who come to the forum struggle with even the simplest of tasks without constant handholding. I would be very reluctant to send them off on a more difficult path without the offer of (or being prepared to provide) some ongoing assistance.

So surely you must make some kind of assessment of capability before offering such advice to any and all, or do you work on the basis of indiscriminate scattering?

You have not answered my question about your PPC/VAT crusade.

You would make an excellent consular officer Nos.    However, consular officers charge for their advice  we do not
