Well Done abbafan. All good Body Magic!

Welcome keepcalm. Not sure how much you know about SW. There's a 7 day sample menu plan on the SW website which is a good guide. I'm sure your menu for today is based on what you have in so obviously you're having to syn a bagel instead of having, say, a wholemeal roll which would be counted in the plan (as an alternative to the porridge) or better still have an omelette with salad or pickles. You're right about cooked fruit although it's not usually heavily synned. I think it's something to do with energy used for digestion??  6 sys would be 300g of blueberries or even that could be an alternative to bread or cereal. The main omission from your menu is that you should have at least a third of your food as fruit and/or veg (I average it across a day). You might still lose if you're eating better/lower calorie  than you did before but it wouldn't be sustained . SW is a great plan, it's healthy and you need never go hungry. Do ask if there's anything you need to know.

    Back Soon.
I tried to edit this but apparently it's too short??

Hi all, Mr T have a range - Stockwell - any idea on syns for beans with sausages? Bought a few tins (13p) when beans weren’t available. Thanks 😇
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

TIE the beans with sausages are 7.5 Syns per tin so not too bad once split - assume you wouldn't be eating a whole tin in one go!

Change of plan for lunch!  Went to get tuna from the cupboard and none left!  So, what to have instead?  Couldn't find anything in the cupboard so decided to use 2nd HEA of cheese.  Saved 1 syn as not having mayo but decided to have butter as well as cheese so that was 3.5 syns but I'm OK with that as no other syns planned and won't be picking at the biscuits as the falafel are made.

Hi everyone.  I'm not receiving notifications of posts from MSE.  Do I have to do something?  Working at home is awful.  Keep snacking.  I am attending Zoom meetings and really enjoy them.  It's nice to see people from Group.  We also have a WatsApp group but it's gone quiet.
Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

I've never had notifications either but I've read that some people have been getting too many and some not at all VALM. Mse seem deaf to any complaints/requests for changes to the new style forum and just do their own thing. If I hear anything about notifications I'll let you know but otherwise I just look daily at my bookmarked threads and boards.

I'm the same.  I've got this thread bookmarked as well as some others that I follow.  Definitely no notifications.  Haven't been shopping for a while (apart from DH going to butchers this morning and he bought meat which I hadn't asked for!).  Need to go tomorrow for a some more stuff, mainly fresh stuff but also some store cupboard stuff (getting short of baked beans, LOL!).
