Hi there,Many thanks for clarifying - I think I seen someone on an SW facebook group refer it as Freezing as well. I was thinking about ordering some Hifi bars from the website, as I'm completely out.
If you want hifi bars you'd better order them quickly before you lose access to the website. I think I'm right in thinking that if you freeze your membership you lose website access.

Congratulations tete! 😁
Looking forward to the recipe denise. I love a curry and I've yet to find a recipe I really love. 😋
I've got back onto the website today! When it threw me out (about 10 days ago) I emailed SW and explained and, at last, they got back to me. Can't remember the details but it was all about target members.
I cleared out my dry goods cupboard today (Life's that exciting. 😉) and found a small amount of rigatoni. I did some roasted veg while I had the oven on and made a pasta salad. I'll use it to snack on. 🙂1 -

Yes, I think you do lose access to the website. I have done my order for the hifi bars tonight. You can only order 5 x packs or 10 x packs, so I've ordered 5.

Can I join for a week, I've decided I'm going to spend next 3 weeks doing a different plan each week, just for a challenge. I too don't like the thought of virtual meetings, can't bear my picture taken so wouldn't be happy on camera.
Fortunately I have all kinds of diet foods in my house but Christmas eating has to stop!
My day:
B: Porridge with blueberry sauce (which I learnt from one of SW enemies but is is very nice) = 6 syns
basically boiled berries soft/mushy with a little water, dash of sweetner, and lemon juice. I recall SW saying fruit cooked becomes syn-able.
L: White thin toasted bagel = 6 syns with egg and chive filling.Cheese-burger fries pie (SW recipe, 250g of mince meat lean 5% dry fried with beef stock cube, dried herbs, worcs sauce, burger gerkins, small potato made into wedges, one big tomato chopped, half red onion for the rings topped with melting cheese)
2 syns low fat cheese.
Healthy extra A: Skimmed milk
Health extra B: 1 x Hi fi bar
14 syns total but it's a start and I'm not feeling hungry.
Will be happy to lose anything come a week's time.2 -
Morning all, hope everyone is well. For breakfast today, I am having baked oats made with muller light greek skinny latte yoghurt. It's currently in the oven - I have defrosted some frozen fruit to go with it. I am quite hungry, but will need to wait for it to cool a bit before eating. Will let you know what it's like (have had it loads of time before, but I don't think with this flavour yoghurt).Speak later. xxStriving to clear the mortgage before it finishes in Dec 2028 - amount currently owed - £26,322.672

Welcome stay calm. SW is a long term plan not just for a week. You'll probably lose something but don't expect it to be a huge amount as it is a healthy eating plan not a diet. Something you can stick with for life. SW expect weight losses to be from 1-2lb a week. Not sure if you've done the plan in the past when you could only have one HEA but now you get 2 HEA so you don't need to Syn the cheese you can have it as part of your 2nd HEA. Good luck.
Glad you've ordered your Hifi bars Abbafan. They should keep you going for a while! I like baked oats but never done them with flavoured yoghurt.
Back later with my plan for today.

Right back again with my plan for today:
B - baked beans and chopped fresh tomatoes on toast - HEB; S; F
L - jacket potato with tuna mayo, salad - F; P; S; 1
D - HM pork meatballs in ratatouille sauce with noodles - P; S; F
HEA - milk
HEB - bread
Syns - LTL mayo 1
Am going to make some Syn Free falafels to snack on as have been feeling quite picky and not much in to pick at that isn't Free! Going to make half quantity of my recipe (I prefer one made with dried chickpeas rather than the SW one which used canned chickpeas). Obviously I've had to adapt it so that it becomes Syn Free but I think it was worth doing so I've always got the recipe to hand with adaptations made. The recipe makes about 30 small baked ones and keep a couple of days in a tin if DH and I don't eat them on the same day!
Looks like it's going to be another bright day today. It always makes me feel much happier when the sun shines. Have a nice day everyone and keep safe.

Good morning all!Sun is out and I will be out with the dog soon for my one hour of exercise. I meet my friend with other black lab in a field, at a 2m distance of course. The dogs love it and we chat & vent
. You can stick to the rules and still talk to people, thank goodness. Went to Aldi yesterday to stock up on fresh things. The Q-ing outside was fine, but once instore there were so many people, it was impossible to stay 2m away from each other. I did my shop as quickly as I could, got the super 6, but have still not managed to find the skinny sausages
. Went via Sainsb on way home to pick up prescription at pharmacy for older person to find they have new opening hours and now close drom 1-2pm
. So filled trolley with stuff I didn’t get at Aldi, paid for it and double backed on myself to go back in to store rather than queue up again outside. What a faff! Anyway got lots of food for us and friend, and the prescription eventually for other friend. Then dropped it off and got home, phew, am definitely keeping busy!
Received my hifi bars yesterday which I thought was super quick! Got 10 packs to last me the rest of the month easily. And a Zoom mtg later today, will see how that goes. As I am at target now I won’t have to pay, not sure I would be doing it otherwise, did not get much from it last week. Didn’t help consultants software was down last week, so she could not see any of our weights, so we just chatted, which was really hit and miss with 18 of us trying to get to grips with Zoom for the first time.
Anyway, put on 2lbs this week, celebrating getting to target did not help, but will soon have it off again. Stay safe everyone and do the best you can ❤️❤️❤️.
Poundsinbucks x🥳🥳 SW -6st 3.5lbs 🥳🥳2
