Very pretty sandals bubbs . I must try and place an order PDQ.

I don't have scales. I've never weighed at home and I think now would be the wrong time or I could get obsessive and miserable and it's totally not what we should be doing now. There's more than enough to worry about. 😁

Very pretty candles bubbs.  Unfortunately I've never been able to get shoes from Shoezone, their shoes seem to vary in size so much and only having small size 3 feet it's really difficult to find any shoes that fit me!  I usually buy my shoes when I'm in France as their smallest size is slightly smaller than a size 3 here so usually fit me better.  Really glad I picked up a new pair when I was there recently.  Just a supermarket pair so fairly cheap and basic slip on.   I'm another that wears flat shoes most of the time, only wear heels on the odd occasion when I go out.

    Today's plan:

    B - cheese on toast - HEA/HEB
    L - carrot & lentil soup
D - chicken dhansak (from freezer) & rice

    HEA1 - milk
    HEA2 - cheese
    HEB - bread
    Syns - none planned

    Stay safe everyone.

I say size 3 but 2.5 is probably nearer the mark!  I am only 5' tall though so I'd look daft with feet much bigger than about a 4 anyway!

My bum isn't that big!  I have a big belly instead!  Sometimes I wish it was the other way round and then I could find trousers to fit easier they're always too baggy around the bum, LOL!

Wow, you have tiny feet denise.
I ordered some shoes this morning. The website was a bit clunky (maybe just busy) but I persevered. I take 6.6 to 7 but that's about the right proportion as I'm almost 5ft 9. As I've already got the same shoes (but well worn from last year) I knew what size I needed and I know they'll fit well. I tend to wear flat shoes when I know I'm going to be doing a lot of walking so shopping or a day out sightseeing. I just wear other things when it's 'car to bar' or similar.

I watched the Jamie Oliver programme yesterday and enjoyed it. It's on daily at 5.30 on Channel 4 so I recorded it. He made veggie chilli and various pasta sauces. His main message was about being able to substitute things and fortunately he was using a 'kiss' of oil rather than his usual glugs!

    Today's EE plan-
B- NAS grapefruit, skinny syrup, half banana (F), HEB porage, HEA milk
    L- veggie omelette (P,S), ham (P), beetroot (S)
D- chicken stir fry (P,S) with noodles (F)
    Syns- honey in sauce 2.5
