Mine was not an e mail it came by Royal Mail, delivered by the postman. Very impressive to have printed the letter, had it collected and delivered on the same day as the draw.

Has this account been discontinued for customers who don't already have the account?

I can't see it in Nationwide's list of existing savings account options:

But I also can't find any news saying it has been discontinued

According to latest RS update on here - https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6106986/regular-savings-accounts-the-best-currently-available-list/p374 - it has gone.

Don't know what this means for existing account holders, if true.
