Arkonite,
Based on my experience in Bangor, I would say you should be ok if you e-mailed ASDA Head Office. If you e-mailed the local store, they're probably still undergoing staff training!!0 -

meadowcat you were quite right, Safeway in Ballynahinch has been sold to a Mr John (I think) Miskelly. Apparently he will be running it as a supermarket and the staff have been told that their jobs are safe. Lots of smiles and little stock in store today.0

I received the following reply to my email to Asda, finally!
Thank you for your message.
Dear Ms xxxx
Thank you for taking the time to contact me following your recent visit to our Ballyclare store.
I was very sorry to learn about the problems you experienced. This is not good enough and I hope you will accept our most sincere apologies for letting you down.
We have noted all the details of your complaint but it is also important that the management at the store are made aware of any mistakes that have been made so that they can make sure it doesn't happen again.
I am confident the poor standards you experienced are down to teething troubles as the store is new.
Once again, thank you for contacting us and I hope we may look forward to welcoming you as a valued customer into one of our stores again soon
Kind regards
June Beal

28th Nove is correct. Asda have to fix all the leaks in the roof. At least now you won't run the risk of tripping over buckets of water every time it rains.
They may also be reflooring, not sure of this is decided yet or not.0 -
