If it's in court, take cash, pay their rep and get a receipt. If not, get ELECTRONIC payment details from their rep before  the call ends.

Obviously it's your choice but nobody on here will tell you to pay. 
Please press on with your WS, it doesn't have to be War and Peace, you have come this far do not give in to the scammers now.  If I knocked on your door and said ' give me 200 quid '  for nothing,  you would tell me where to go.  
It's not too late for them to discontinue either.

Your WS could be shorter than the example but you do need to understand and voice why a PPC can't add £60 on top of a parking charge, for 'costs' that are already in the parking charge.  So why not just copy the example and put in your own facts.

Don't be put off by the word 'exhibits'; it just means evidence photos and maybe a scan of your proof of your job and what you do/where you were working, if you can prove it after all this time.  

Even if you can't prove it, don't underestimate your power as the ONLY true witness in that telephone hearing.  No-one else will know anything about the site or what you were doing and the Judge will want to hear from you as long as he/she is prepared to let you off not submitting this WS & evidence in accordance with the Summer Order...which you breached.  Don't mention it, don't apologise for not doing the WS earlier, just crack on and copy and adapt the example.  It's a lot easier than you think.

If you take cash to a F2F hearing, they have to accept it there and then, and must give a receipt. You can then walk over to the court clerk and have them file the receipt there and then, catching it before the CCJ is ever even entered. You then have zero risk of the claimant failing to inform the court you paid, and the CCJ staying recorded.

OK you very kind people, I have drafted a WS, its my first attempt, and all quite new to me.
Just asking for advice on amendments, which I know it will need, I do have more to add, but just want to make sure im going down the right avenue with this.
